Frequently Asked Questions

A member of our team will be in touch to review options to help get you in your dream car.  Those may include:
  • Showing you vehicles available on our lot that match your needs
  • Reviewing incoming vehicles with you
Incoming vehicles are vehicles that have not yet arrived on our lot.  This includes the following:
  • In-production vehicles - those scheduled for production or are currently in production at the factory
  • In-transit vehicles - those that have left the factory and are on their way to our dealership
Finding a vehicle in our network of partner dealers or awaiting the delivery of an in-transit or in-production vehicle can take a minimum of a few weeks. Once your vehicle is reserved, we will provide you with regular updates and an estimated delivery date.
No.  The "Find it for me" service is free of charge.
Financing is available for all vehicles no matter how they are reserved. Keep in mind that finance rates are determined at the time you take delivery of the vehicle, and not the time of reservation.
Lease extensions are often available until the time your vehicle is delivered. Please contact us if your lease is expiring soon.
You can still use the "Find it for me" service if you have a trade-in. We will appraise your trade-in at the time you reserve your new vehicle.
